Story
POSCO did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed pay operations to move. In South Korea, payroll teams already knew where payroll processing went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
ADP Talent from ADP is now in that path. ADP provides payroll, HR, tax, and workforce management software used by employers to run pay and people operations. The company treats it as production tooling for pay operations, which is why payroll teams live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
POSCO can show how payroll processing is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run pay operations on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
