Story
Klarna grew payroll processing faster than the local tools around it. From Sweden, financials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Payroll teams were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out ADP Talent put pay operations on ADP. ADP provides payroll, HR, tax, and workforce management software used by employers to run pay and people operations. Klarna keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so payroll teams do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
