Inthegra did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed talent processes to move. In the United States, recruiters and people partners already knew where hiring and development went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
ADP Talent from ADP is now in that path. ADP provides payroll, HR, tax, and workforce management software used by employers to run pay and people operations. The company treats it as production tooling for talent processes, which is why recruiters and people partners live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
