Story
Capcom did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed datacenter exit planning to move. In Japan, migration squads already knew where workload migration went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Aria from VMware is now in that path. VMware, part of Broadcom, provides virtualization, private cloud, and container software used to run enterprise data centers. The company treats it as production tooling for datacenter exit planning, which is why migration squads live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Capcom can show how workload migration is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run datacenter exit planning on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
