Story
Plaid grew core processing faster than the local tools around it. From the United States, financials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Operations and product were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Temenos SaaS put banking operations on Temenos. Temenos provides core banking and digital banking software used by financial institutions to run accounts, payments, and channels. Plaid keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so operations and product do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier banking operations. Core processing is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join operations and product without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
