Story
POSCO did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed hybrid collaboration to move. In South Korea, employees and partners already knew where distributed meetings went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Web Forms from DocuSign is now in that path. DocuSign provides electronic agreement software so organizations can prepare, sign, and manage contracts without paper routing. The company treats it as production tooling for hybrid collaboration, which is why employees and partners live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
POSCO can show how distributed meetings is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run hybrid collaboration on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
