Story
Inside Ola, documentation used to depend on whoever still had the latest file. That pattern is common in industrials groups working out of India. Specialists and new hires needed a system that would still make sense after the original project team moved on.
Ola uses Identity from DocuSign as the working layer for institutional knowledge. DocuSign provides electronic agreement software so organizations can prepare, sign, and manage contracts without paper routing. The practical change is simple: documentation has a home, and reviews happen there instead of in a forwarded thread.
Nothing in this writeup invents a savings number. What Ola gets from DocuSign is a durable place to run documentation and a way for specialists and new hires to see the same institutional knowledge at the same time.
