Story

Morningstar grew distributed meetings faster than the local tools around it. From the United States, financials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Employees and partners were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.

Rolling out monday work management put hybrid collaboration on monday.com. monday.com is a Work OS used to build workflows for projects, CRM, development, and service on a visual board model. Morningstar keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so employees and partners do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.

The visible result is steadier hybrid collaboration. Distributed meetings is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join employees and partners without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
