Story
SNC-Lavalin did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed documentation to move. In Canada, specialists and new hires already knew where institutional knowledge went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Work OS from monday.com is now in that path. monday.com is a Work OS used to build workflows for projects, CRM, development, and service on a visual board model. The company treats it as production tooling for documentation, which is why specialists and new hires live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
SNC-Lavalin can show how institutional knowledge is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run documentation on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
