Story

Swarovski grew software delivery faster than the local tools around it. From Switzerland, consumer discretionary teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Developers were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.

Rolling out Enterprise Hub put engineering on Hugging Face. Hugging Face is the open platform for machine learning models, datasets, and inference that teams use to share and serve models. Swarovski keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so developers do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.

The visible result is steadier engineering. Software delivery is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join developers without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
