Story
Haier grew access control faster than the local tools around it. From China, consumer discretionary teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. IAM and helpdesk were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Check Point Quantum put identity operations on Check Point. Check Point Software Technologies provides firewall, cloud, and endpoint security, with a shared threat intelligence layer. Haier keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so IAM and helpdesk do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier identity operations. Access control is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join IAM and helpdesk without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
