StoneX Group did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed program management to move. In the United States, project and operations leads already knew where cross-team delivery went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Zoom Rooms from Zoom is now in that path. Zoom provides video meetings, phone, and contact center products used for internal collaboration and customer conversations. The company treats it as production tooling for program management, which is why project and operations leads live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
