Story
Mahle grew employee records faster than the local tools around it. From Germany, consumer discretionary teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. HR and managers were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Workday HCM put HR operations on Workday. Workday delivers cloud human capital management and financials used to run core HR, payroll, planning, and accounting on one system. Mahle keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so HR and managers do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier HR operations. Employee records is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join HR and managers without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
