Story

Volkswagen did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed identity operations to move. In Germany, IAM and helpdesk already knew where access control went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.

Ranger from SentinelOne is now in that path. SentinelOne is an autonomous cybersecurity platform for endpoint, identity, and cloud detection and response. The company treats it as production tooling for identity operations, which is why IAM and helpdesk live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.

Volkswagen can show how access control is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run identity operations on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
