TripActions did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed data platform operations to move. In the United States, data engineers already knew where analytics hosting went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Looker from Google Cloud is now in that path. Google Cloud provides infrastructure, analytics, and AI services, including BigQuery and Vertex AI, for data-heavy and machine learning workloads.
