Travis CI did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed talent processes to move. In Germany, recruiters and people partners already knew where hiring and development went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Workday Extend from Workday is now in that path. Workday delivers cloud human capital management and financials used to run core HR, payroll, planning, and accounting on one system. The company treats it as production tooling for talent processes, which is why recruiters and people partners live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
