Story
SK Hynix did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed remote access to move. In South Korea, network and IT already knew where private application access went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Security Awareness from Proofpoint is now in that path. Proofpoint focuses on human-centric cybersecurity, especially email threat protection, data loss prevention, and awareness training. The company treats it as production tooling for remote access, which is why network and IT live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
SK Hynix can show how private application access is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run remote access on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
