Story
Industrials work at Ryanair spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in Ireland. Simulation was splitting across regional habits. Analysts and design leads asked for a shared way to run virtual testing without freezing local judgment.
Dassault Systemes (CATIA) is what they standardized on. Dassault Systemes builds 3DEXPERIENCE applications for product design, simulation, and manufacturing operations across industrial companies. Ryanair uses it as the system of record for simulation, with analysts and design leads as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
