Story
Rabobank did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed reliability engineering to move. In the Netherlands, SRE and operations already knew where backup and failover went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
OpenShift AI from Red Hat is now in that path. Red Hat, an IBM company, provides enterprise open source platforms, including RHEL, OpenShift, and Ansible, for hybrid cloud. The company treats it as production tooling for reliability engineering, which is why SRE and operations live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Rabobank can show how backup and failover is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run reliability engineering on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
