Story

Quora did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed platform operations to move. In the United States, infrastructure and application teams already knew where cloud landing zones went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.

Red Hat Insights from Red Hat is now in that path. Red Hat, an IBM company, provides enterprise open source platforms, including RHEL, OpenShift, and Ansible, for hybrid cloud. The company treats it as production tooling for platform operations, which is why infrastructure and application teams live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.

Quora can show how cloud landing zones is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run platform operations on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
