Story
Power Assets did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed documentation to move. In Hong Kong, specialists and new hires already knew where institutional knowledge went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Atlas from Atlassian is now in that path. Atlassian provides work management and DevOps software, including Jira and Confluence, used by software and business teams. The company treats it as production tooling for documentation, which is why specialists and new hires live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Power Assets can show how institutional knowledge is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run documentation on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
