Story

NTT Data grew private application access faster than the local tools around it. From Japan, information technology teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Network and IT were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.

Rolling out Cortex XSOAR put remote access on Palo Alto Networks. Palo Alto Networks provides network, cloud, and security operations products used to protect enterprise environments and automate response. NTT Data keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so network and IT do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.

The visible result is steadier remote access. Private application access is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join network and IT without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
