Story
WestRock did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed operations automation to move. In the United States, ops and platform teams already knew where task agents went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Omniverse from NVIDIA is now in that path. NVIDIA supplies accelerated computing platforms and enterprise AI software that companies use to train and serve models. The company treats it as production tooling for operations automation, which is why ops and platform teams live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
WestRock can show how task agents is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run operations automation on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
