Story
Industrials work at Maersk spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in Denmark. Contract routing was splitting across regional habits. Legal and business owners asked for a shared way to run agreement management without freezing local judgment.
Dropbox (Dropbox Dash) is what they standardized on. Dropbox is a content collaboration platform for storing, sharing, and reviewing files across teams and external partners. Maersk uses it as the system of record for contract routing, with legal and business owners as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
