Story
Kyndryl did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed research and writing to move. In the United States, knowledge workers already knew where internal knowledge work went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
DGX from NVIDIA is now in that path. NVIDIA supplies accelerated computing platforms and enterprise AI software that companies use to train and serve models. The company treats it as production tooling for research and writing, which is why knowledge workers live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Kyndryl can show how internal knowledge work is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run research and writing on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
