Story
Information Technology work at JumpCloud spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in the United States. Workload migration was splitting across regional habits. Migration squads asked for a shared way to run datacenter exit planning without freezing local judgment.
AWS (AWS Lambda) is what they standardized on. Amazon Web Services is the leading public cloud for compute, storage, data, and AI services, used to run production systems at global scale. JumpCloud uses it as the system of record for workload migration, with migration squads as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
