Story

JCB did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed order to cash to move. In the United Kingdom, order desk and finance already knew where order management went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.

NetSuite from Oracle is now in that path. Oracle delivers enterprise applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure, including Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The company treats it as production tooling for order to cash, which is why order desk and finance live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.

JCB can show how order management is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run order to cash on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
