Story
Industrials work at Iveco spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in Italy. Private application access was splitting across regional habits. Network and IT asked for a shared way to run remote access without freezing local judgment.
Proofpoint (Information Protection) is what they standardized on. Proofpoint focuses on human-centric cybersecurity, especially email threat protection, data loss prevention, and awareness training. Iveco uses it as the system of record for private application access, with network and IT as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
