Story
ING did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed applied AI delivery to move. In the Netherlands, ML and product teams already knew where model serving went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
IBM webMethods from IBM is now in that path. IBM offers hybrid cloud, AI, and automation software, including watsonx, Red Hat OpenShift, and observability products for large enterprises. The company treats it as production tooling for applied AI delivery, which is why ML and product teams live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
ING can show how model serving is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run applied AI delivery on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
