IBM (Red Hat OpenShift) is what they standardized on. IBM offers hybrid cloud, AI, and automation software, including watsonx, Red Hat OpenShift, and observability products for large enterprises. IndiGo uses it as the system of record for backup and failover, with SRE and operations as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
