Story
Information Technology work at Compal spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in Taiwan. Inbound threat mail was splitting across regional habits. Security and messaging teams asked for a shared way to run email security without freezing local judgment.
SentinelOne (Singularity XDR) is what they standardized on. SentinelOne is an autonomous cybersecurity platform for endpoint, identity, and cloud detection and response. Compal uses it as the system of record for inbound threat mail, with security and messaging teams as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
