Story
Air France-KLM grew operations visibility faster than the local tools around it. From France, industrials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Operations engineers were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out HxGN put plant and field operations on Hexagon. Hexagon provides digital reality and industrial software for measurement, design, and operations in manufacturing and geospatial work. Air France-KLM keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so operations engineers do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier plant and field operations. Operations visibility is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join operations engineers without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
