Story
Consumer Discretionary work at GoTo spans more than one site, even when headquarters sits in Indonesia. Operations visibility was splitting across regional habits. Operations engineers asked for a shared way to run plant and field operations without freezing local judgment.
Dassault Systemes (CATIA) is what they standardized on. Dassault Systemes builds 3DEXPERIENCE applications for product design, simulation, and manufacturing operations across industrial companies. GoTo uses it as the system of record for operations visibility, with operations engineers as the primary operators and other groups coming in through the same queue.
Leaders get a picture they can actually walk. Teams get fewer mystery statuses. The story is about operating change, not an unpublished percentage.
