Story
Genmab grew clinical records faster than the local tools around it. From Denmark, health care teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Clinicians and HIM were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out Veeva PromoMats put care delivery on Veeva. Veeva provides cloud software for life sciences, covering clinical, quality, commercial, and regulatory content on Vault. Genmab keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so clinicians and HIM do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier care delivery. Clinical records is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join clinicians and HIM without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
