Story
Inside FrieslandCampina, order to cash used to depend on whoever still had the latest file. That pattern is common in consumer staples groups working out of the Netherlands. Order desk and finance needed a system that would still make sense after the original project team moved on.
FrieslandCampina uses Coleman AI from Infor as the working layer for order management. Infor delivers industry-specific cloud ERP and supply chain applications for manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and distribution. The practical change is simple: order to cash has a home, and reviews happen there instead of in a forwarded thread.
Nothing in this writeup invents a savings number. What FrieslandCampina gets from Infor is a durable place to run order to cash and a way for order desk and finance to see the same order management at the same time.
