Hello Patient did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed care delivery to move. In the United States, clinicians and HIM already knew where clinical records went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Haiku from Epic Systems is now in that path. Epic Systems is the leading electronic health record vendor for hospitals and clinics, with MyChart for patient access. The company treats it as production tooling for care delivery, which is why clinicians and HIM live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Hello Patient can show how clinical records is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run care delivery on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
