DNB did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed banking operations to move. In Norway, operations and product already knew where core processing went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.

The company treats it as production tooling for banking operations, which is why operations and product live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
