Azure DevOps from Microsoft Azure is now in that path. Microsoft Azure is a public cloud platform for infrastructure, data, AI, and application services used by enterprises to host and modernize workloads. The company treats it as production tooling for datacenter exit planning, which is why migration squads live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
