Story
Darigold did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed order to cash to move. In the United States, order desk and finance already knew where order management went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Treasury from Coupa is now in that path. Coupa is a spend management platform for procurement, invoicing, expenses, and supply chain design used by finance and procurement teams. The company treats it as production tooling for order to cash, which is why order desk and finance live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Darigold can show how order management is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run order to cash on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
