Story
Affirm did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed identity operations to move. In the United States, IAM and helpdesk already knew where access control went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Falcon Cloud Security from CrowdStrike is now in that path. CrowdStrike is a cloud-native cybersecurity platform focused on endpoint detection, identity protection, and managed threat hunting. The company treats it as production tooling for identity operations, which is why IAM and helpdesk live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Affirm can show how access control is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run identity operations on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
