Cipla Runs Shared Services with BMC
Cipla, a health care organization in India, uses AMI from BMC to support shared services for HR, facilities, and finance ops.
Teams at Cipla moved employee requests onto BMC after local tools started to collide.
“In India, HR, facilities, and finance ops already knew where employee requests went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.”
“BMC provides IT service management, operations, and workflow automation software, including Helix and Control-M.”

Story
Cipla did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed shared services to move. In India, HR, facilities, and finance ops already knew where employee requests went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
AMI from BMC is now in that path. BMC provides IT service management, operations, and workflow automation software, including Helix and Control-M. The company treats it as production tooling for shared services, which is why HR, facilities, and finance ops live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Cipla can show how employee requests is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run shared services on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
