Story
Cardinal Health did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed research and writing to move. In the United States, knowledge workers already knew where internal knowledge work went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Spaces from Hugging Face is now in that path. Hugging Face is the open platform for machine learning models, datasets, and inference that teams use to share and serve models. The company treats it as production tooling for research and writing, which is why knowledge workers live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
Cardinal Health can show how internal knowledge work is handled today. That is the value: a repeatable way to run research and writing on software the rest of the industry already recognizes.
