Story
BCD Travel did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed documentation to move. In the Netherlands, specialists and new hires already knew where institutional knowledge went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Box Governance from Box is now in that path. Box is a content cloud for storing, sharing, and governing enterprise files, with workflow and AI features for knowledge work.
