DHLAutodesk at DHL: Operations Visibility
DHL, an industrials organization in Germany, uses BIM 360 from Autodesk to support plant and field operations for operations engineers.
A BIM 360 rollout at DHL took plant and field operations out of inboxes and into a named queue.

Story
DHL grew operations visibility faster than the local tools around it. From Germany, industrials teams still had to serve customers and internal partners who expected a straight answer. Operations engineers were the ones stitching the picture together by hand.
Rolling out BIM 360 put plant and field operations on Autodesk. Autodesk makes design and make software for architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Fusion. DHL keeps the product in the path where work already happens, so operations engineers do not context-switch into a graveyard system used only for audits.
The visible result is steadier plant and field operations. Operations visibility is easier to inspect, and adjacent groups can join operations engineers without a guided tour of someone's desktop.
