Arcadis did not need another dashboard that nobody opened. It needed program management to move. In the Netherlands, project and operations leads already knew where cross-team delivery went wrong: too many copies, too little ownership, and a close process that waited on the loudest inbox.
Brandfolder from Smartsheet is now in that path. Smartsheet is a work management platform that uses familiar sheet views to run projects, processes, and portfolios. The company treats it as production tooling for program management, which is why project and operations leads live in it rather than exporting from it once a quarter.
