Fanatics Holdings operates one of the world's leading digital sports platforms, serving over 100 million customers across three core business units: licensed merchandise sales, memorabilia and collectibles, and gaming and betting. Rapid growth through acquisitions created operational complexity—Fanatics ran more than 15 separate ERP systems with predominantly manual processes. This fragmented technology landscape made financial consolidation cumbersome, with monthly book close requiring weeks of manual data extraction from legacy systems. To support continued expansion and deliver integrated insights across business units, Fanatics partnered with implementation specialist PwC to deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, and HCM as a unified enterprise platform.

The phased rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud across Fanatics' business units and geographies launched with support from Oracle Customer Success Services and PwC. Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub enabled Fanatics to process hundreds of millions of records while managing compliance, reporting, and reconciliation requirements—particularly critical for high-transaction-volume betting and gaming operations. The company integrated its proprietary trading, betting, and gaming platform into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure using Oracle Cloud Integration services, feeding data through Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub. Fanatics deployed Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for payroll management and is implementing Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence for advanced reporting, while commerce and collectibles businesses are rolling out Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM to establish integrated workforce, supply, and demand planning systems.

Early results demonstrate measurable improvements in operational efficiency and data quality. Fanatics achieved faster financial close cycles through automated consolidation and planning processes, replacing weeks of manual work. The unified platform delivered improved data accuracy and integrated insights across business units—enabling the company to successfully launch its betting and gaming business in time for the NFL season, a key strategic initiative. By consolidating operations on a single platform, Fanatics now gains deeper visibility into customer behavior across commerce, collectibles, and gaming, positioning the company to make data-driven decisions that enhance fan experiences and optimize its multi-channel ecosystem.
