Cartesia's Sonic model delivers text-to-speech with 90ms latency and best-in-class naturalness and transcript following, while its Ink-Whisper model provides fast, streaming speech-to-text optimized for real-time transcription. The integration includes Cartesia's Line voice agent orchestration, a code-first platform designed for technical teams to build complex agentic workflows with full voice support and background reasoning. To meet ServiceNow's enterprise requirements, Cartesia provides fully air-gapped on-premises deployment options and maintains compliance with SOC-2 Type 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI standards, with infrastructure that scales large request volumes while maintaining high uptime.
