Tawuniya

Tawuniya, or The Company for Cooperative Insurance, was established by Royal Decree in 1986, marking it as Saudi Arabia's first nationally licensed insurance company. It operates under the cooperative insurance principle, adhering to Islamic Shariah, and is regulated by the Insurance Authority and the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The company provides an extensive array of over 90 insurance types, including health, motor, property, casualty, travel, marine, aviation, energy, and Takaful, serving diverse customer segments throughout Saudi Arabia.
